HOW TO MAKE EVERYTHING WORK IN YOUR LIFE

Be really proactive about creating a life that you love, instead of living the one you believe you are stuck with.

All the tips you need…

Manifesting your goals and creating lists of what you want in life can be helpful, but it’s not always enough to ensure success unless you have a deep sense of self-love. Without it, you may find it difficult to stay motivated and confident in pursuing your dreams.

Loving yourself means accepting who you are, embracing your strengths and weaknesses, and treating yourself with kindness and compassion. When you have a strong sense of self-worth, you are more likely to believe in yourself, take risks, and pursue your goals with enthusiasm and determination.

Think back to when you were a newborn – you were pure, innocent, and free of judgment. You didn’t worry about external factors such as money, status, or beliefs; you simply existed. You relied on your instincts and intuition to guide you through life’s challenges, and you lived in the moment without the burden of external pressures.

You were content and happy, without any doubts or insecurities about yourself.

As you grew up, you began to absorb the attitudes and beliefs of those around you. You learned to disregard your inner voice and instead adopted the behaviors and thought patterns of others.

Slowly but surely, you lost pieces of yourself and your sense of self-worth. To achieve your goals and live a fulfilling life, it’s important to reconnect with your authentic self and cultivate a sense of self-love. This means letting go of negative self-talk, embracing your strengths, and treating yourself with the same kindness and compassion you would offer a loved one.

With self-love as your foundation, you can manifest your dreams and live a life that feels true to you.

So in order to make your life work…

…you need to start by looking inward. It’s easy to get caught up in what others think and lose sight of your own desires and needs. However, the key to achieving your goals and finding happiness is to rediscover yourself and cultivate a sense of self-love.

Creating a plan for your life is a great start, but if you don’t believe deep down that you deserve success and happiness, you’ll struggle to reach your goals. That’s because our unconscious mind has a powerful influence on our thoughts and actions.

Hence, the need to rediscover our inner voice.

As we grow up, we often accumulate negative emotions such as guilt, resentment, self-doubt, and criticism. These emotions arise when we feel out of alignment with our true purpose and our sense of self. We start to lose pieces of ourselves in the pursuit of fitting in and being socially accepted. But when we lose touch with who we really are, we also start to drift away from what we really want.

To make your life work, you need to reconnect with your authentic self, let go of limiting beliefs, and embrace your true desires. This requires a shift in focus from external validation to internal validation. When you love and accept yourself, you are better equipped to make choices that align with your values and lead you toward a fulfilling life.

So, start by looking inward, rediscovering yourself, and cultivating self-love – the magic that makes life truly worth living.

Ways to piece ourselves back together & make everything work in our lives

  • Appreciate how special you are
    It’s important to recognize and appreciate your uniqueness. There is no one in the world exactly like you, and that’s something truly special. You bring a unique combination of gifts and talents to the world that nobody else can replicate.
    This realization alone can be incredibly empowering.
    Take some time to reflect on your unique qualities and the value you bring to the world – you have so much to be amazed by and so much to share with others;

  • Drawn yourself into affirmations
    Affirmations can be a powerful tool for cultivating self-love and positivity. Even if you’re not a fan of journaling, you can prepare a few affirmations that resonate with you and repeat them in your mind throughout the day. Choose words that speak to your soul and inspire you to reach for the stars. You can even post them on your walls or keep them on post-it notes as a constant reminder of your worth and potential.
    Over time, affirmations can rewire your brain to focus on positivity and self-love;

  • Do the things you love
    Don’t forget to make time for the things you love. It’s easy to prioritize other people’ needs and neglect our own, but doing the things you love is crucial for your happiness and wellbeing. It doesn’t matter if others think your hobbies are weird or unconventional. Make time every day for activities that bring you joy and make you smile. This can be as simple as taking a walk in nature, listening to your favorite music, or trying a new hobby. Prioritizing your own happiness is essential for living a happier and healthier life;

  • Empower Yourself by Changing the Narrative
    As humans, we tend to engage in negative self-talk, but we can change that. When negative thoughts come up, try rewriting the narrative by replacing them with positive affirmations. Similarly, when we engage in negative talk about others, we end up harming ourselves more than them. So, let go of what doesn’t serve you and focus on positive self-talk;

  • Avoid the self-deprecating humour
    While it’s okay to not take yourself too seriously, it’s important to avoid making fun of yourself. Self-deprecating humor might seem harmless, but it can become a self-destructive behavior that affects your self-esteem. So, learn how to accept compliments and don’t put yourself down. Remember, your thoughts become beliefs, beliefs become actions, actions become habits, and habits become your reality;

  • Stop the comparison game
    Comparing yourself to others only undermines your self-worth. Social media has amplified this problem, and it’s essential to remember that you never know the whole story behind what someone else is showing. Instead, focus on your journey, appreciate your unique qualities, and celebrate the daily shifts and steps you take towards achieving your goals;

  • Forgive yourself
    We all make mistakes, and it’s essential to learn from them. Forgiving yourself is crucial to move forward and live a happy and fulfilled life. While it’s crucial not to ignore the wrongs you’ve done, it’s equally important not to dwell on them for too long. Remember, what happened in the past cannot be changed, but you can control what happens in the present and future. So, focus on what you can do now to make things right and let that guilt feeling go.

Once you implement these few steps, day after day, I can assure you your life will change and your mindset will start to shift. Soon you will start to notice yourself a little bit closer to the life you are dreaming for yourself.

You will start to feel happier and healthier.

Mark my words.

Until next time… love yourself,
Sabri
